Add songs, control paid access, and review incomplete details.
Paid songs stay hidden until “Open to singers” is selected.
Upload a completed Excel template to add purchased songs or new versions without entering them individually.
Artist and Song Title are required. One row represents one purchased karaoke version.
Imported owned songs are immediately available to singers. Duplicate rows are not written.
Download the current catalog, add or correct song details in Excel, then upload it here. Song versions, favorites, ratings, notes, requests, and performance history are not changed.
Keep the Song ID column unchanged. Supported fields: Release Date, Release Year, Decade, Primary Genre, Secondary Genre, Singer Type, Vocal Backup, and Language. Use Yes or No for Vocal Backup. Blank cells preserve current information; enter CLEAR to remove a value.
Only the listed metadata fields will change. Existing song and activity records remain connected to their current Song IDs.
Upload the newest Party Tyme Excel list. The website compares it with the current import before anything changes.
Required columns: HD Code, Song Title, Artist, Genre, Lang, Song Key, and Cover Time.
Removed songs will be archived. New songs remain hidden unless Party Tyme access is open.
Fill missing year, genre, and vocal details over time. Changes appear in the singer catalog after saving.
Future catalog ideas submitted by singers. These never enter the active request inbox.
Download administrator records without changing or deleting anything in Firebase.

Party Tyme song files are not duplicated in this backup because they can be restored from the original Party Tyme spreadsheet. The active Party Tyme settings are included.
