CATALOG CONTROL
Add songs, control paid access, and review incomplete details.
Paid songs stay hidden until “Open to singers” is selected.
Upload a completed Excel template to add purchased songs or new versions without entering them individually.
Artist and Song Title are required. One row represents one purchased karaoke version.
Imported owned songs are immediately available to singers. Duplicate rows are not written.
Upload the newest Party Tyme Excel list. The website compares it with the current import before anything changes.
Required columns: HD Code, Song Title, Artist, Genre, Lang, Song Key, and Cover Time.
Removed songs will be archived. New songs remain hidden unless Party Tyme access is open.
Fill missing year, genre, and vocal details over time. Changes appear in the singer catalog after saving.
Future catalog ideas submitted by singers. These never enter the performance queue.
